TamilNadu Ex-Servicemen's Corporation Limited

TEXCO was established on 28.01.1986 under the Companies Act, 1956 aimed at providing re-employment opportunities and to implement Welfare Schemes in order to upgrade the living standards of Ex-Servicemen of Tamil Nadu.

This Corporation acts as a “Manpower Agency” by deploying Ex-Servicemen on contract basis in the Union and State Government Establishments, Public Sector Undertakings and Boards catering to the demand as Project Officer, Assistant Security Officer, Security Personnel, Drivers, Junior Assistants, Telephone Operators, Tourist Warden, Nursing Assistants, Fire Crew, Gunmen and Wardens.

Memorandum of Association of TEXCO has been certified by the Registrar of Companies in No. 12609 of 1986 on 28.1.1986.

In Para III(a)(1) of the Memorandum of Association of TEXCO, the main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:
